The event will take place at 17:45 in To the Palate, Valencia. during class, Farhat will teach you how to prepare traditional Indian dishes -baked eggplant/fish, daal, rice, kheer- that later we will savor together. It will be a fun and relaxed home cooking experience, where you can learn to prepare different dishes and support cultural exchange, valuing the knowledge of people found in the Valencian territory.
