during class, Farhat will teach you how to prepare traditional Indian dishes -baked eggplant/fish, daal, rice, kheer- that later we will savor together.
It will be a fun and relaxed home cooking experience, where you can learn to prepare different dishes and support cultural exchange, valuing the knowledge of people found in the Valencian territory.
The vast majority of the ingredients come from organic and local farming..
There are vegetarian and vegan options.
The class lasts 2 hours and a half, plus dinner.
It has a cost of 45 € -includes water but no other drinks, that can be purchased locally (2€). Limited places: 15.
