Join us in this Cooking Without Borders workshop and discover the secrets of Palestinian gastronomy with Aicha. The workshop is held in solidarity with the Palestinian people. The collection - once the cost of food and cook has been deducted- It will be donated to a Gaza family and another Gazan family (single mother and four children) who suffers from thalassemia and is trying to rebuild his life in Italy, where they managed a few months ago… during class, Aicha will teach you how to prepare traditional Palestinian dishes (Fatoush, listen, and qatayef) that later we will savor together. It will be a relaxed home cooking experience, where to learn to prepare different dishes, support cultural exchange and better understand the situation in Gaza. The vast majority of the ingredients that we will use come from organic and local farming.. There will be vegan options.
The workshop lasts about 2 hours, plus dinner.
It has a cost of 45 € -includes water but no other drinks, that can be purchased locally (2€). You can choose a higher amount as an additional contribution to the cause.
