A free event with free entry that this year comes with important new features, among which there will be no shortage of the traditional parade of characters and a program designed for fans of all generations..
International Star Wars Day is celebrated every year during Star Wars Week. 4 of May thanks to the mythical play on words between the phrase “May the Force be with you” and its phonetic similarity with “May the Fourth”. Since then, millions of followers around the world take advantage of these days to pay tribute to the universe created by George Lucas, one of the most influential cultural phenomena in contemporary history.
More Star Wars than ever
In this edition, Fnac València elevates the galactic experience with new interactive activities that will turn the store into an authentic setting for the saga. One of the great attractions will be the interactive photocall, a space designed so that adults and children can take photographs within the Star Wars universe, surrounded by thematic setting and iconic characters.
Throughout the afternoon, about twenty characters from the saga, embodied by the members of the Club Obi Wan Valencia, They will parade through the store, creating a dynamic and surprising environment. Jedi, Sith, droides, Mandalorians and classic faces of the dark side and the light side of the Force will tour Fnac València, offering the public the opportunity to live the Star Wars experience up close.
Besides, all people who come in costume or with some Star Wars-related accessory—whether it be a t-shirt, a laser sword, etc.— will receive a small gift courtesy of Fnac València, in recognition of the fan spirit and the involvement of the community.
LEGO Star Wars for the little ones
The event will also feature one of the most anticipated activities for children.: untall LEGO Star Wars, where boys and girls can build a mini replica of the Millennium Falcon and the 30 first attendees will be able to take it home as a souvenir. A proposal that combines creativity, game and fantasy, and that reinforces the family nature of Star Wars Day.
This workshop will allow the little ones to get closer to the galactic universe through physical play and imagination., in a supervised experience designed to encourage active participation.
