This musical program is a tribute to the poet Antonio Machado, (Sevilla 1875 – pick up 1939). Throughout his life, Machado lived in various places in Spain that profoundly influenced the creation of his literary work.. The title of the program, “Dreaming roads”, refers to the famous phrase from the poem “I go dreaming of roads”, that reflects the constant search for meaning in life, the connection with the landscape and the memory of the places visited. Through the very different composers who have scored his work, The performers Sara Bañeras and JR Martín Díaz evoke Machado's verses and his life experiences in different places.
