Slaughtering sounds: Rick Treffers

The work of singer and guitarist Rick Treffers is characterized by a strong melodic and melancholic sensibility, existential lyrics and folk air, new wave i ‘crooner pop’. In 2024, the Dutch composer with a long international career publishes The Opposite Of Never, his 13th album, about the illusion that love protects us against decline. In L'Escorxador he will be accompanied by the Valencian duo Muno Na Baka on some tracks (slowly chelos).
