The Experience of Flavors, which represents an important moment of cooperation between the cities participating in the SSSL Festival, aims to invite a chef representative of the cultural diversity of the Mediterranean and the Portuguese-speaking world. In concrete terms, the Flavor Experience of the Occitania region, in the south of France, it's a tapas buffet for the whole public, with tasting of typical dishes.
