Preparation for the Festival audience of a plate or tapas for a tasting before the concert of the 13 of August. The Experience of Flavors, which represents an important moment of cooperation between the cities participating in the SSSL Festival, aims to invite a chef representative of the cultural diversity of the Mediterranean and the Portuguese-speaking world. In concrete terms, the Flavor Experience of the Occitania region, in the south of France, it's a tapas buffet for the whole public, with tasting of typical dishes.
