The Experience of Flavors, which represents an important moment of cooperation between the cities participating in the Sete Sóis Sete Luas Festival, aims to invite a chef representative of the cultural diversity of the Mediterranean and the Portuguese-speaking world. In concrete terms, the Flavors of France Experience consists of two days of a gastronomic laboratory open to all local participants (11 i 12 of August) and in the preparation of a tapas buffet for the whole public, with tasting of typical dishes (12 of August).

The Brennus He is a self-taught chef and founder of the cultural cafe restaurant Varandâ Dé Zartist, in Saint-Paul on the island of Reunion.
