The National Museum of Ceramics and Sumptuary Arts “González Martí” presents the exhibition Sandra Val. The erotic of time, a project conceived specifically for its rooms that invites us to rethink the experience of time from a symbolic perspective, ritual and body.
Far from understanding time as a linear measurement, The artist conceives it as a living and expanded substance that manifests itself through sculptures., pictorial pieces and installations. Using materials such as porcelain, the glass, metal or textile, Val builds a universe where the archetypal and the contemporary, the tangible and the invisible, the spiritual and the technological intertwine.
The exhibition proposes an immersive experience that opens the possibility of imagining other ways of inhabiting the world., from a more sensitive temporality, deep and open.
