The Russafart Art Biennial returns to its days 5, 6 y 7 June 2026 to celebrate a particularly significant edition: are 18.th anniversary. After eighteen years of experience, The project comes of age consolidated as one of the main cultural events in the city of Valencia and as an essential event to know, from within, the artistic and creative fabric of the Russafa neighborhood. PUBLIC ART PRESERVE presents Russafa as a living space of creation, circulation and cultural coexistence. The biennial invites the public to cross the threshold of the workshops and get closer to the first line of the artistic process: where works are imagined, they rehearse, are produced and dialogue with their context. In this sense, Russafart not only shows art, but activates an experience of proximity between artists and citizens, favoring a direct relationship, human and participatory with contemporary creation.
The opening of the workshops will take place on Friday 5 of June, at 19:00 h. That same day there will be a reception and guided tour for friends, friends and authorities in the Cultural Ship 3 Ribes of the Central Park, CCNAVE3, which will host a novel proposal focused on digital art, audiovisual and video art. during the weekend, artistic workshops, exhibition spaces, collaborating businesses, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood will open their doors to join a program that combines contemporary creation, citizen participation and recreational-festive activities. As in previous editions, Russafart thus reinforces its bond with the neighborhood and with a plural cultural community, diverse and constantly transforming.
The closing of the biennial will take place on domingo 7 June at Sporting Club Russafa, Seville street, 5, with a concert by the cumbia group The Dogs, conceived as a moment of encounter, celebration and closing shared with artists, public, collaborators and Mahou Cinco Estrellas.
