Luca Guadagnino surprised us with "Call my by your name", based on the novel by André Aciman 2007. But above all, we were able to meet an actor who has grown over the following years to become one of the most influential in cinema.: Timothée Chalamet.
Synopsis:Elio Perlman (Timothée Chalamet), a young man from 17 years, spend the warm and sunny summer of 1983 at his parents' country house in northern Italy. He spends his time lazing around, listening to music, reading books and swimming until one day his father's new American assistant arrives at the big villa.. Oliver (Armie Hammer) is charming and, like Elio, has Jewish roots; he is also young, self-confident and attractive. At first Elio appears somewhat cold and distant towards the young man., but soon they both start going out together and, as summer progresses, the couple's mutual attraction becomes more intense.
