The vocation does not belong to them is a project that visualizes the abusive practices of the academy. Through photoembroidery, The fanzine “gives voice to hitherto untold stories.”, stories that wanted or needed to be shared”, in the words of its author Núria (nuhdos). This project is the result of conversations between different people who have been or are still in academic environments and have had their mental health negatively affected.. They are stories told from eight different territories and are narrated through different embroidered analog photographs that claim the investigation of each one and also, kidnapped vocations. All people who have participated have been protected by their anonymity, except for the author's own experience.
