Plata confronts the viewer from a reflective and deliberately cold place: How much would you pay for a body if you only knew certain information about its experiences?? What if they revealed a little more to you?? a female figure, wrapped in a large skirt, appears as a symbol between fragility and merchandise. The staging shows how an apparently innocent look can be transformed into an almost Machiavellian evaluation mechanism.. Through movement, light and sound, The work makes visible the way in which society turns people into objects with a price, revealing the layers of perception and prejudice that determine what we consider valuable.
The public is invited to actively participate, sharing your view and your interpretation. The proposal is conceived as an open process of research and critical reflection, with a more social than scenic approach, where the trials, perception and interaction with the work become an integral part of the development of the piece.
