Discover the pleasure of cooking in the Botanical Garden of Valencia. In this new edition of Planta't in the kitchen, Alejandra Schvartz and Ximena Orbe will continue working with seasonal products from the Valencian garden and will teach us new and old culinary techniques with which to reduce food waste, all while offering us nutritional alternatives adapted to various dietary needs and rich in nutrients..
In this workshop we will focus on Central European cuisine known for its spoon dishes, thick creams, soft fermented and slow cooking: ideal preparations for the winter season, that comfort us and nourish us.
