The iconic British singer-songwriter Patrick Wolf returns to the stage with his long-awaited seventh studio album Crying The Neck, available from 25 April 2025 through APPORT / Virgin Music. As part of his international tour 2025, the artist will stop at La Rambleta to present it.
With a career spanning more than two decades, Patrick Wolf has established himself as a unique figure in European alternative music. With influences ranging from folk to baroque pop, going through experimental electronics, each of their albums is an emotional and sonic journey. 'Crying The Neck' marks their return after years of recording silence, and it promises to be one of the most notable releases of the year.
The album features collaborations with artists such as Zola Jesus, Serafina Steer, drummer Seb Rochford and Wolf's own sister, Jo Apps, providing sound layers that enrich their artistic universe.
Patrick Wolf will display his unmistakable style among the baroque, the electronic and the emotionally visceral. It will be a unique opportunity to listen to the songs from 'Crying The Neck' live, including his moving new single “Dies Irae”, described as a “life affirmation” written in the days before his mother died.
