The program will also include a jam session by Berklee Valencia, a proposal that will bring energy closer to the public, the improvisation and emerging talent of these young performers with a language open to the fusion of styles and contemporary music.
Besides, people who prefer movement will be able to enjoy Bodies that remember, a very special participatory dance project starring people of more than 60 years that, after having attended some previous workshops with the company Median T the Dance, they will present a traveling choreography. The aim of this activity is to promote the empowerment of the elderly, combat the stereotypes associated with ageism and promote the feeling of belonging to a community. It also seeks to open the stages to the public amateur, in accordance with the will of the ”la Caixa” Foundation to share culture through participation, creating meeting spaces between artists and citizens.
