We had been waiting for their fifth album for a long time., after the surprise of the bipolar “Niña Coyote eta Chico Tornado vs Don Condor eta Ñora Alacrán”, an album where they went from rock to cumbia. In "The Door", recorded at the Elkar studios in Donostia by Víctor Sánchez, NINA COYOTE ETA CHICO TORNADO return to their identity, to arid and heavy rock, but expanding the melodic palette to psychedelia, punk scenes and songs with previously unexplored rhythms and melodies.
Time has flown by. like a tornado. Twelve years ago they published their first self-titled work, “Coyote Girl and Tornado Boy”. A dazzling appearance. With authentic hits like “Lainoa” or “Desert tornado” that have become banners of the band these two decades. Coyote Girl and Tornado Boy began their journey at the end of the 2011 in San Francisco (California). They began preparing their first self-titled album in 2012 and saw the light in September 2013. Their songs have taken them to perform more than 300 concerts assiduously touring all the great Festivals here (Mad Cool, Resurrection Fest, the last, BBK Live, Primavera Sound, Tsunami) and to visit countries like Mexico, USA, Argentina, Chile, Japan, Russia, France, Belgium, Italia…
