In Ghost Writings we try to put into practice the idea that all the previous dances are already acting on the future ones even if these have not yet occurred.. As Derrida would say, we will work on what not yet has currently occurred, but what it is already effective virtually.
Could it be that, when I enter an empty space and get ready to dance, there are already acting a series of images, memories, ghosts, absent techniques and bodies, although I don't want it? In this sense, there is a blank canvas? Doesn't every choreography contain a series of steps, of gestures or movements that belong to a collective heritage and, therefore, They would be outside any private or authorial domain? All artistic work, choreography, dance or writing does not emerge from the individuality and genius of an author, but of a network of hidden relationships that surround them and, ultimately, of a previous collective doing.
