Nave 3 Ribes becomes the scene of an exclusive premiere: the feminist documentary “Wonders and other stories of motherhood”. Recorded between Spain and the United Kingdom, this work of Mara Ricoy Olariaga collects intimate testimonies about motherhood understood as resistance, addressing complex topics such as obstetric trauma and historical memory without falling into simplistic discourses.
Mara Ricoy, perinatal education specialist, writer and activist, offers us a project born from two decades of listening to women. After the projection, We will have a colloquium to debate sexual and reproductive rights, power over one's own body and the maternal as a powerful political act.
