Next Thursday 25 June we will meet in The house to celebrate an open poetry mic. People who love to write will meet, read and listen to words that come from within. It will be an intimate and careful afternoon and where there will be room for each poem. Bring your texts: published or unpublished poems, loose verses, forgotten pages in a notebook, workshop exercises, words that you still don't really know what they mean. Everything deserves to be heard. Everything has value. Because poetry is already a refuge when writing, but something even more beautiful happens when it is shared out loud and in community.
