next saturday 21 of September, Electronic Garden will be back in section XI of Jardí del Túria, next to the Palau de la Música. The project, carried out by Agència Districte and with the support of Cerveza Turia, maintains the purpose of activating the park and garden areas of Valencia, promoting their use as meeting and coexistence spaces. Jardí Electronic offers an evening program of outdoor music, in a natural environment, and will count in your line-up with renowned artists from the local scene who have been part of the programming of prominent clubs in Valencia such as Oven, Spook, Mat 32 or Killing Time among others.
With Pushing, Cristian G. Martí and Dioni Sánchez
For this next date, will feature Pujante on its poster, Cristian G. Martí and Dioni Sánchez, three legendary musical selectors on the local scene. Vigorous, member of the Raretraxxx collective, Since its inception it has always focused its sound on the origins of dance music, with a sound disco, synth pop y house, present in renowned clubs and parties in the city. He has shared a booth with artists from the international scene whom he admires and who have influenced him., as Darshan Jesrani (metro area), Moodymann, For money o GE-OLOGY. He currently manages the Mat room 32 Disco Bar.
It is not easy to describe Cristian G's musical style. Martí, selection depends on context, but it has a distinctive feature. It's as if I traversed almost the entire musical spectrum looking for albums to build narratives within and between genres., giving more importance to the material. Play from experimental and avant-garde records of the 20th century to jazz, soundtracks, rock, post-punk, industrial, ambient, funk, soul, disco, house, electro,dub, world music or club music, always offering a peculiar selection and a very special way of mixing.
Dioni Sánchez has been on the plates for almost three decades, consolidating itself as a reference in the local music scene. He has been a resident of emblematic clubs and projects, in addition to having played at prestigious festivals such as Sónar and BAM!, and in renowned international clubs. At the beginning of the 2000, launched his own label, Aerobic Studio, with Jaime Romero (Aurora extract). Their sessions are characterized by a robust sound and a generous dose of breaks., masterfully oscillating between house and techno.
