The Fervor & Jone Martínez

On the occasion of the 300 years since the death of Alessandro Scarlatti, The Il Fervore ensemble dedicates a monographic program to the composer that traces the musical panorama of the early 18th century in Naples, where Scarlatti spent most of his life, with works representative of the main musical genres that he addressed, como la ópera, el concierto y la serenata. La soprano vasca Jone Martínez interpreta las arias más destacadas de la ópera Tiberio, imperatore d’Oriente y una selección de la serenata Clori, Dorino e Amore, dirigida por el violinista Jesús Martínez al frente de esta joven formación fundada en 2021 y especializada en la interpretación historicista de la música barroca y preclásica.
