The III Ruta de les Coques by Ambar is the event that returns to Valencia (of the 4 al 18 of May) with the aim of highlighting a product as traditional as cokes and bringing it closer to all audiences. Bi-annual (May and November), It is also a tribute to the places that serve them, the professionals who prepare them and the people who taste them. The third edition will be held next May. Many things will happen around her.: a route of participating restaurants, a creative contest, an extensive communication campaign, etc. The novelty? We expand neighborhoods and areas: Tearing, Aragon, Campanar and Pinedo. And we continue in Ruzafa, Canovas, C. Vella and Cabañal.
This edition will be more than 20 restaurants that will offer their coca + Amber beer by 10 euros. In addition to being able to enjoy the recipes in those fifteen days, Attendees will be able to vote for their favorite coke so that it reaches the final through a QR that they will find in the premises. The final will be held behind closed doors and the gold will be awarded to the best coke of the edition, which will be selected by a professional jury.
