The next 24 of November, The Port of Catarroja will once again become the Valencian gastronomic epicenter with the celebration of the III International and Professional Competition of All and Pepper, the contest that brings together professional chefs to highlight one of the most emblematic dishes of the Albufera: he garlic and pepper.
Among this year's participants: Jose Cifre from the Noble restaurant (Valencia), Carlos G. Moreno by Dexcaro & Ossadia (Denia), Alessandro Maino by Alessandro Maino Restaurant (Castellon), Felix Chaqués by Félix Chaqués Restaurant (Valencia), Raul Aliaga from Taberna Aliaga (catarrh), Eva Davó from La Cantina de Ruzafa (Valencia), Amparo Nacher from Xaruga (Valencia) y Aitor Martínez from the Can Ros restaurant (Burriana). The eight contestants will begin preparing their recipes at mid-morning and will opt for a first, second and third prize.
