A culinary book club with the goal of creating a living community around art, of gastronomy and, above all, of thought. At GULUSMEO we read fragments of different books that contain, in some sense, the culinary universe from different genres.. These readings serve as an excuse to open a debate about our drift as consumers., makers and devourers. next to the books, as in every UMAMI proposal, We always taste a product that is directly related to the literary material, discovering legends through it, traditions, ancestral recipes or gastronomic experiments. In the literary part we try to give a voice to authors, both from repertoire and, above all, of a more current and diverse corpus. We treat, even, to invite you if possible to the session. In this more creative line, We work on different exercises with resources such as automatic writing in which we mix literary and culinary concepts as triggers..
