Vinaròs will host the next 6 y 7 June the first edition of GastroLlagostí, a new gastronomic festival to be held on the Fora del Forat promenade, during the hours of 11:00 a 23:00 hours during both days. The event will bring together some of the main local restaurateurs and local producers with the aim of highlighting Vinaròs shrimp., local gastronomy and local products.
This first edition of the Llagostí Gastrofestival will be located in the recreational area of Fora del Forat, next to the playground, and will have eight booths of local restaurateurs and ten producers that are part of Castelló Ruta de Sabor. Nadiu restaurants will participate in the gastronomic area, Ruben Miralles, Brig, New stop, New Gastrobar, Rafel the Cristalero, La Carabassa and Gastro Lai, that will offer different culinary proposals with the Vinaròs prawn as the main protagonist.
In addition to the gastronomic booths, GastroLlagostí will have two stages that will offer live music and DJ sessions, as well as different gastronomic activities. Among them, the showcookings by chefs Miguel Barrera and Raúl Resino stand out..
Tapas featuring Vinaròs prawns will be offered at the different booths., with prices that will range between 4 and the 12 euros, also coinciding with the celebration of the Llagostí Cuina Days.
