The podcast world is here to stay, nowadays it has established itself as a market and an ascending audience. Proof of this is the amount and diversity of high-quality programs that have been produced in recent years, which has led to an evolution of the audiovisual industry as we knew it. The Valencia Podcasting Fest, FestiValPod abbreviated, is an initiative that aims to position the city within the podcast industry, through days in which we can enjoy both different live formats and master classes to learn a little more about the development of this type of project. In addition, the FestiValPod will have an industry area with a selection of new projects that will be presented to podcast operators and producers.
The FestiValPod will be held during 21 and the 22 of November in two different spaces: for a part, in the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication of the University of Valencia i, for the other, in The Mutant, the performing arts space of the city of Valencia. Besides, for this edition, the poster was designed by the artist Natxo Sarvatxo.
Entrance to the festival will be free, prior registration for both masterclass as for live podcasts. So stay tuned and keep an eye on social media because they will be limited based on capacity.
