The Patraix Arts Factory's intention is to encourage the meeting between shops, associations, Neighbors and artists from all disciplines, both consolidated and emerging, supporting their growth and evolution, with the aim of energizing through art and culture the life of the Patraix district, promoting coexistence and integration. The first weekend of May for some years, the streets, Neighborhoods and shops are transformed into makeshift spaces where many cultural activities take place: urban murals, workshops, talks, markets, Music shows and ..., thus becoming a meeting place to reflect on our environment. Besides, and always from the point of view of education, We maintain an open program to carry. Among the many artistic disciplines that have their place in the project, We pay special attention to illustration and murals, who serve as catalysts for the history and idiosyncrasy of the neighborhood and integrate becoming platforms for claim and education. In the field of illustration we carry out: The Illustrators Market, workshops, Talks and presentations of illustration and comic book work.
