The Parisian trio EXSONVALDES returns to Spain and will stop in Valencia for a very special night. After the success of Maps (2023), will present the songs from that album live along with an exclusive preview of their long-awaited new work Ninety Seconds to Midnight, that will see the light at the beginning of 2026 under the prestigious international seal V2 (dEUS, Grandaddy, Mercury Rev).
“A high school band that lasted”. This is how Simon Beaudoux defines, singer and guitarist, the trajectory of a group that has 25 years building my own sound. Desde su debut con Time We Spent Together (2004), become a cult album, until the success of L’Aérotrain (2013), their separation in 2017 and the return with Maps, Exsonvaldes has remained faithful to his essence while exploring new sounds.
With Ninety Seconds to Midnight they recover the raw energy of their origins: distorted guitars, nineties spirit (Nirvana, Weezer, Foo Fighters) and lyrics full of urgency and melancholy. The title refers to the Apocalypse Clock, metaphor of social tension, political and ecological of our time, and confirms that Simon, Martin and Antoine sign their most direct and powerful album to date.
