The SGAE Center Cultural Room (Laundry, 6 – Valencia) hosts the premiere of The Last Function, a documentary by Iosune Noguera about the Valencian rock group Mantequilla Voladora. After the pass, The band will offer a performance in acoustic format. Thus, The members of Mantequilla Voladora want to celebrate the end of an era in the history of the group.
The last function starts at 2020, when Mantequilla Voladora began recording his second album with producer Raúl Nácher, the last circus, which saw the light two years later. “We wanted to tell how our most chaotic album was made, intense and complex, show our best and worst moments, explain what each of the twelve songs on the album mean to us and, definitely, how we broke into a thousand pieces in the period of 2020 a 2025, when the documentary was finished filming”, explains the band.
Integrated by Iosune Noguera (voice and guitar), Carlos Peral (low), Sergio Belloch(battery), Salva Ferrús (guitar) and Cristina Baño (guitar), Flying Butter was formed in 2013. They combine their protest nature with the attitude and energy of punk. A team with which they have won competitions such as Sona la Dipu or Morvedre Rock. In 2019 They released their first album, #OurFightHasNotFinished, and in 2022 the aforementioned The Last Circus, which, inspired by the social context of the moment, is defined as a criticism of first world problems. With the documentary The Last Function they close a stage in the history of training.
