Literary Summer at Maestrat is an initiative of Maestrat Viu aimed at people who love culture in Valencian, reading and the Maestrat and aims to raise awareness of the county's literary heritage and its values, the authors and the literary works that over time have placed the Maestrat in the panorama of Catalan literature. And the Maestrat also has a literary culture and the best way to enjoy it is to experience it in the summer. It is a cultural activity to refresh the sensibility. In this tenth edition, The Literary Summer at the Maestrat offers the usual formats of two literary routes, a reading club and the literary meeting of the Maestrat, dedicated to the study of regional literature. All activities are open to the general public.
Registration for the activities is free and is only intended to anticipate the organizational needs of each event. You can register for one or more activities. Formalize your registration by entering your details in the registration form. Limited places.

We suggest you read the book És naufragi by Magda Simó, while following the online book club in the days before the meeting with the author. this year, this meeting is postponed due to organizational availability. Saturday 11 of July you will have the opportunity to attend the closing colloquium with the author herself and talk with her about the book.
Literary route The harvest of Martí Domínguez
L’any passat, the weather didn't let us do the Penyagolosa peak, but we are persistent and want to reach this milestone. The schedule of the route is all day. The itinerary consists of going up to the peak via the Pegunta ravine and returning via the Teixera ravine and is of medium difficulty. Appropriate footwear and food must be worn.
