This show directed by Nacho Diago invites us to know the figure of Erik Satie, on the occasion of the centenary of his death. It is a tribute to the great French composer who revolutionized musical language at the beginning of the 20th century. His eccentric nature is reflected in this multidisciplinary project, in which not only his creative genius stands out, but the singularity of its ironic character is also embodied, poetic and, especially, loaded with a deep imaginative freedom.
The selection of musical pieces that can be heard played on the piano, together with two solo voices, actor and actress, they create the access framework, the door through which you enter Satie's mysterious room, in his intimate and fragmented universe, where episodes of obsessions and absurd humor follow, recreated on stage through melodies, shadows and ephemeral projections.
A proposal that celebrates creative freedom, the right to be different and the beauty of incomprehension hidden in every human being and that, at the same time, makes it unique.
