next saturday 23 November at 20:00 h, The Matisse Club in Valencia will host the En Clau de Jazz Big Band concert, a Valencian formation with more than 15 years of experience dedicated to exploring and disseminating the language of jazz in all its forms. Born in Benimodo, In Clau de Jazz Big Band brings together musicians of different styles—classical, rock, folklore—united by the passion for jazz. Under the direction of Kako Rubio, The band offers a varied repertoire that combines great jazz standards by authors such as Bill Holman, Buddy Rich or Stan Kenton with arrangements and compositions by Valencian figures such as Ricardo Belda, Ramón Cardo, Jesús Santandreu or Perico Sambeat. Throughout his career, The group has participated in numerous jazz festivals inside and outside the Valencian Community, and has shared the stage with artists such as Soledad Giménez, Arantxa Domínguez, Toni Belenguer or Paul Evans. With its powerful sound, elegant and dynamic, At Clau de Jazz Big Band promises an evening full of swing, excitement and good live music.
