Combining original dialogues with the verses of eleven poems from Gypsy Romancero published by Federico García Lorca in 1928 and two texts of his Cante jondo poem, The show places three friends in the garden of a country house during New Year's Eve 1929, when they hope that the change of decade will bring them a freer world, fair and modern. A careful musical selection and a certain ironic air for a piece capable of combining Lorca's universal poetry and contemporary theater.
Stage version and direction: Agustín Iglesias, from the collection of poems by Federico García Lorca
