Discover the pleasure of cooking through healthy and sustainable cooking practices. In this new edition of Planta't in the kitchen, Alejandra Schvartz and Ximena Orbe will continue working with seasonal products from the Valencian vegetable garden and will teach us new and old culinary techniques to reduce food waste, all this while offering us nutritional alternatives adapted to various dietary needs and rich in nutrients and probiotics. Make each dish a sensory experience rich in textures, colors and flavors have never been so close to your reach. And on this occasion, the workshop format will allow attendees to cook, handle ingredients and learn hands-on while tasting food, they participate and collaborate in each of their culinary creations.
