An eclectic sample that collects objects, posters, magazines, fanzines, Concert entrances and other memorabilia related to a part of the alternative cultural scene that developed in the city during the years 90 last century. Produced by the College Rector Peset and the Vice President for Culture and Society of the University of Valencia, with the support of Popular box, The exhibition has been curated by Marisa Giménez (Cultural and curator manager), Oscar lives (Multidisciplinary artist and musician) I Fernando García del Real (plastic, designer and musician), With the collaboration of Quique García Aranda and Teté Amat Aixícom de Juan Araque in audiovisual production.
The exhibition is not intended to be an exhaustive compendium of everything that happened in the culturally alternative to Valencia for these years, But a reflection of the outbreak of creative talent and freedom that was breathed in some city atmospheres: the musical groups (among many others the bad max, The machines, Fitzcarraldo, The magnetic, The Mocetones, els ulan bator trio or a terrible smile, the bars and concert halls (with gasolinera, The march, Zepelin, Ground floor, Auditorium Garage Cafe), the alternative cultural collectives (com the blue sphere, Purgatori or the popular kasal flora), performances and festivals and events (Industrial memory, Falla experimental, Fanzinerama, Performers, Festival Agroerótic), the publications, fanzines and media away from commercial circuit (FANCOMIC, Kovalian fly, Dirty Valencia, Fe, Radi Funny)…
