Jorge González draws and paints. Published "Hard Story" with a script by Horacio Altuna, with whom he also worked in "Hate Jazz" (2006). In 2005 published "Mendigo" with Carlos Jorge. He directed an animated short film "Jazz Song" (2007) and won the 1Er International Graphic Novel Prize Fnac-Sins Entido (2008) and the prize Junceda Iberia (2009) By "Fueye". He made illustrations for the magazines "The New Yorker" and "Harper’s Bazaar". Some of his books are: “Dear Patagonia” (2011), "The Great Surubí" (2013), “Return to Kosovo” (2014), “Damn Allende!” (2015), “Whip mechanics” (2019), “Flare” (2021) o “Saltpeter” (2023).
