Carlota and Guillem are two apparently normal young people: they study, they try to find work and try to breathe as they can when fear for their future invades them. Thinking about it too much paralyzes them, so they try not to. But maybe there is a solution, maybe the key is a simple move. They just need to learn how to do burpees.
