The SGAE Center Cultural Room will host a master class taught by the director and screenwriter Tirso Calero. The session is part of the open day of the II Film Lab, incubator for emerging audiovisual talent in the Valencian Community developed by Red Spectra Films, with the collaboration of the SGAE Foundation.
Essential issues in the realization of audiovisual projects will be addressed, like the creation of the characters, the search for stories, The secrets of writing television serials, the craft of the screenwriter in the current audiovisual world or the sale of projects to production companies, television networks and platforms.
Tirso Calero from Alcoy has directed Blockbuster feature films (Awards for Best Screenplay and Best Actor at the Alicante Film Festival 2014) and raw meat, and has written numerous screenplays for cinema (Miguel and William or Bernarda) and television (Loving in troubled times, Ana and the seven or Tell me how it happened).
