Film club: Mine, Afro mother root

He 20 November is the day of black consciousness in Brazil. A day dedicated to reflection on the influence and role of the African matrix culture in Brazilian society.

We take advantage of the day to screen the documentary “Mine, afro mother root” made by Kana Films and open a space for debate on education through Afro-Brazilian culture and the role of popular culture as an anti-racist education tool.
