BERDEA is a documentary for all audiences in which an architect and a landscape designer go through the wood cycle in their native Euskadi from the forest to the industry in search of answers.: What forest will we leave to future generations??, Who defines tomorrow's forest today??. “the green” intertwines voices of forest owners, sawmill workers, researchers, loggers and historians to narrate an uncertain present. His choral gaze reveals tensions, memories and possible futures, placing wood at the center of a reflection that transcends the forestry to the social, cultural and environmental.
