The progressive jazz group Brut & Nature attends quarterly publication on Jimmy Glass. This training was created in 2016 by double bassist and leader Chevi Martínez – owner of Jimmy Glass –, together with the pianist Ricardo Curto, trombonist Kako Rubio, guitarist Santi Peláez, alto saxophonist Jesús Núñez and drummer Sebastian Laverde. For this concert the Venezuelan drummer Pancho Montañez replaces Sebastian Laverde. With his uninhibited way of interpreting jazz, Brut & Nature offers unusual melodic moments mixed with daring improvisations and surprising structures, to perform an unusual repertoire, mostly songs by Chevi Martínez himself or also by Andrew Hill, William Parker o Matana Roberts.
