Benno Marmur is an in-demand guitarist based in New York City. H has had the opportunity to perform in venues like Smalls, Jazz at Lincoln Center – Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola, The Iridium, Minton's Playhouse en Harlem, Nublu, Ornithology, The Velvet Note (Alpharetta, Georgia), Westport Jazz y Dock Street (Ireland), Jazz on Main, St. Peter’s Church, among other spaces. Benno has acted alongside Grant Stewart, Vincent Herring, Jimmy Madison, Warren Chiasson, Clovis Nicolas, Erena Terakubo, Mark Whitfield, Fukushi Tainiaka, Grant Green Jr., Eric Wheeler, Marcus McLaurine, New York Voices, Chris Potter and Bill Charlap with the WPUNJ Big Band, among others. Benno is signed to the Cellar Live label.
