The Hispanic-Suizo Quartet Époque presents its contemporary jazz with traditional influences. Époque is a jazz quartet formed by Andrew Baker to the saxophone, Daniel Hernández to piano, Emilio Giovanoli on the double bass and Leonardo Degli Antoni to the battery. Together, They create a contemporary and vibrant jazz that nourishes deep traditional influences. His music ranges from meditative pieces and energetic and forceful compositions, offering a sound experience that is both eclectic and immersive. Each concert becomes an introspective trip, inviting the listener to an intense emotional connection. Driven by a collective approach, Époque stands out for the richness of his compositions, in which each musician contributes his own vision and identity. The group explores the past, present and future of jazz, constantly reinventing your musical language. Epoque is currently preparing a tour and the launch of its first album in 2025, Engraving in Gerona (Spain).
