Passed its fourth decade of existence, the Quartmetratges short film festival shows that it is still in top form. As is tradition, this contest organized by the association The Kuleshov effect together with the Quart de Poblet town hall, will focus, one more year, in showing us the most interesting of the short film made in our community.
