I wanted black explores the idea of ​​death through the ritual use of acoustic patterns, kinetic and iconographic. It relies on tarantism, the southern Italian ritual that was born in the Middle Ages based on the movement and bite of a spider. The work seeks the potential of the body and the image on stage to go beyond the choreographic.
