Founded on 1987 by Carles Magraner, Capella de Ministrers is a Spanish group dedicated to the research and dissemination of historical music, spanning from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. His work combines musicological rigor with sensitive and passionate interpretation, which has made it a benchmark in ancient music.
Throughout his career, He has offered concerts in prestigious rooms in Spain such as the National Auditorium and the Palau de la Música de Valencia, and has participated in festivals such as the International Music and Dance Festival of Granada and the Ancient and Baroque Music Festival of Peñíscola. Its international projection is prominent, with performances in countries like France, Italy, Germany, the united states, China and Morocco, Interpreting in emblematic spaces such as the Metropolitan Museum of New York and the Bachfestival of Leipzig.
Ministrers Chapel has an extensive discography under stamps like Auvidis and cdm, their own record label. Has received multiple awards, incloent-hi l’International Classical Music Award (community) in 2018 i 2023, The Carles Santos de la Música Valenciana Prize and the Medal of Honor of the Valencian Council of Culture in 2023.
