On Friday 17, at 20:00 hours, Bétera will pay tribute to the municipality's traditional dance groups. La Rondalla and Dancers 'Thought and Made, the Gran Via de l'Est Dance Group and the Association Cultural l’Aljama de Bétera will receive recognition for their contribution to their work and contribution to the cultural and musical heritage of Bétera.

Later, at 22:30 hours, the leading role will be for Àlex Torres, Teresa Segarra and the Round of Fortune, that with their repertoire of rhythms and melodies typical of the regions of Castellón they will be able to dance in the Plaça del Mercat with common themes in the traditional 'bureos' typical of the north of the Valencian Community.

The big day of Folkestiu will arrive on Saturday 18 of July. first thing in the morning, From the Alameda Escultor Ramón Inglés a cycling route will depart to the Bofilla Tower, an archaeological site from the Islamic period that dates back to the 11th century and is the emblem par excellence of Bétera. The route includes a guided tour led by archaeologist Josep Burriel, who carried out the rehabilitation of this Muslim farmhouse.

At 18:00 hours, the Plaça del Mercat will be the setting for the third edition of the Encontre de Buixants, a date full of color, creativity and artistic complicity that will bring together fans of painting and drawing to portray corners and scenes of the town's historic center to capture, from the eyes of each participant, the soul and essence of Bétera.

The little ones in the house cannot miss the show 'Bestioles i bestioletes: friends on the road', that Rodamons Teatre will offer at 19:00 hours. The company, which this year celebrates its 30 birthday, arrives in Bétera with a theater proposal, music and dance starring characters made from recycled materials to encourage imagination, learning and dialogue.

The finishing touch will arrive at 23:00 hours with the Urbalia Rurana concert, a musical formation that keeps the Valencian and Mediterranean musical heritage alive. With their powerful live show '35 anys i avant' they celebrate seven decades on stage by reviewing a wide repertoire of adaptations of popular songs.
