1 voice, 1.000 shapes is a collective exhibition that brings together a group of contemporary women artists who, from very diverse plastic languages, explore the multiplicity of the female voice in current art. Through painting and sculpture, the exhibition builds a space for dialogue around the body, female identity and experience.
The exhibition is based on a simple but powerful idea: The feminine is not a unique or closed category, but a plural territory of views, emotions and forms of expression. In this tour, visceral and emotional proposals coexist, reinterpretations of the figurative tradition, symbolic and poetic universes, as well as young and emerging voices that look to the future with freedom and a transformative spirit.
With works by Ana Riaño, Killing the Bear, Harumi Shinozuka, Ines Jimm, Inma Coll, Lisa Gingles, Mandy Shadows, Formerly Lopez Martos, Nicoletta Tomas, Nuria Torres, Silvia Bignami and Susana Ragel, “1 voice, 1.000 forms” is presented as a meeting between creators who, from its uniqueness, they amplify a collective voice and demand diversity in contemporary art.
The opening will feature live music by LIZZY LEE.
