Renaissance

TO THE MUTANT. John Verdeguer, 22

In his most political work, The Tristura takes us by the hand backstage, where technicians cooperate, they test, They assemble and disassemble while talking about love and heartbreak, work problems, the institutionalization of culture and our young democracy. Looking for a more cinematic cut, The company uses microphones so that we can listen to the intimate conversation of two technicians who work on the lights on the second balcony. And so, Renaissance reconstructs iconic moments from the last fifty years of our history to observe it from another place, aware that movements like the 15M, Occupy Wall Street or the Arab Spring have brought to the table issues that we had overlooked. An ode to the collective. AU
